Tree Transplants

We use a 40" tree spade that is capable of moving a tree with a 4" diameter at the base (This is approximately a 10 foot pine tree).  We charge $80 per hour for this service, along with $10 per basket if necessary.  Baskets are needed for any moves over 5 miles unless a very small number of trees are moved.  We suggest that you email us with the details of your transplanting plans for a more accurate cost estimate.  We currently have ponderosa pine trees available but would be glad to move whatever type of tree you can find.

 Our nursery is currently a work in progress and it will a couple years before we are selling many home grown trees.  Currently we have approximately 700 blue spruce trees (30" or so) as well as a few ponderosa pine and green ash.  This Spring we will adding to our nursery with an assortment of lindens, mountain ash, silver maple as well as austrian and mugo pine.  It will still be a few years before the nursery end of our business is really up and running.  In the mean time we do have access to large ponderosa pine and green ash trees.
